Job summary

Hayward Ibérica Slu is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst for a fully remote role. You will analyze supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-backed recommendations to optimize operations from your home office.

You’ll build reports and dashboards, collaborate across logistics, procurement, and sales, support planning and forecasting, and help reduce inventory and transportation costs in a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly; comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources within the supply chain (e.g., inventory levels, transportation times, costs).
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to implement process improvements.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting activities related to inventory and demand.
