Padel Nuestro is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-backed recommendations to optimize operations from your home office.

You will drive improvements in inventory management, transportation costs, and overall supply chain effectiveness across a global logistics network, enabling strategic decision-making and tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics or Economics.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate data clearly.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from supply chain sources (inventory, transport, costs).
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales to implement changes.
• Support planning and forecasting for inventory and demand.
