Job summary

Minsait is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join the team, working fully remotely. You will analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-backed recommendations to optimize inventory, transportation costs, and overall supply chain effectiveness from your home office.

You will collect data from various supply chain sources, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills; remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources within the supply chain (e.g., inventory levels, transportation times, costs).
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and identify trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to implement process improvements.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting activities related to inventory and demand.
