Job summary

Hero is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will analyze supply chain performance, develop data-backed recommendations, and help optimize inventory, transportation costs, and overall efficiency from your home office.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in a global logistics network. A bachelor's degree and data tools proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience as a supply chain analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL); BI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from the supply chain (inventory, transport times, costs).
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and trends.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and sales to implement changes.
• Support forecasting and planning activities related to inventory and demand.
