Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced customer success leads to help train their language model on professional presentation tasks. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement requiring 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start.

You'll run QBRs and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts, craft and critique AI-generated slide decks, and support core workflows from quarterly decks to renewal business cases and executive sponsor updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success initiatives for enterprise accounts and develop executive reviews.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Deliver QBRs, renewal business cases, and sponsor updates with high-quality visuals.
