Job summary

Smartcat is building the future of work with AI‑powered workflows and agents for strategic customers. You’ll design and deploy custom AI solutions, translate ambiguous business problems into scalable outcomes, and work with a pod including an Account Executive and Technical Manager.

You’ll engage senior executives, prototype new AI workflows, and drive adoption across customer teams, contributing to Smartcat’s growth as an AI native enterprise platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and technical teams at strategic customers to scope high‑value AI use cases and align on success metrics
• Identify where AI workflows can deliver ROI, efficiency, and competitive advantage, and build the business case with the account team
• Design, build, and deploy new custom AI solutions and agents for customers
• Work with structured and unstructured customer data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG
• Own customer engagements end to end, from ideation through delivery
• Train and empower customer teams to use and iterate on the AI workflows you build, and drive onboarding and change management
• Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing needs, patterns, and insights that inform Smartcat’s product roadmap
• Contribute playbooks, reusable solution patterns, and case studies, and help drive AI‑first thinking across the team
