Talent-R is building the go-to platform in commodity trading, with a growing Spain hub and a lean senior team. This Staff-level data engineer role focuses on architecture and scalable data pipelines powering real-time and analytical processing.

You will lead pipeline architecture, own platform health and drive architecture decisions across the stack, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to deliver trader-facing insights at scale.

Formación

• 7+ years as a data or software engineer with production-grade data systems.
• 2+ years in a product-focused organisation with cross-functional work.
• Proven ability to scale data-intensive pipelines in production.
• Experience with real-time streaming/batch processing (Flink or Spark).
• Experience deploying data infra on AWS or GCP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pipeline architecture and scalable ETL frameworks.
• Own platform health focusing on latency and throughput.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to align infra with products.
• Drive architecture decisions for reliability and scalability.
• Shape target architecture for data ingestion, transformation, storage and serving.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and knowledge sharing.
