OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a writer to deliver and maintain high-quality marketing copy across channels. The role focuses on post-editing MT, transcreation, localization, and launch copy while preserving brand voice for local markets.

You will collaborate with editors, language leads, and cross-functional teams, staying current on market trends and ensuring accuracy and consistency in all materials. The position is primarily remote and suitable for experienced professionals.

Formación

• Native-level fluency in the local-market language.
• Portfolio with enterprise and premium brands.
• Experience in copywriting, MTPE, and translation in technology or consumer electronics.
• Strong creative writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Translate marketing copy while preserving brand voice and messaging.
• Knowledge of MT systems and MT quality evaluation is ideal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Post-edit large volumes of machine-translated marketing copy to ensure accuracy, fluency, and quality.
• Transcreate marketing copy so the message, tone, and brand personality are preserved locally.
• Deliver high-quality launch copy for products and maintain consistency across materials.
• Localise copy for the target market while staying true to brand voice and messaging.
• Proofread and edit copy during final in-situ validation for clarity and consistency.
• Write creative copy and headlines, including English back-translations of localized headlines.
• Research product details and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy.
• Stay informed about market trends and socio-political developments affecting copy and localisation decisions.
• Work on customer-facing marketing materials across web, in-store, print and other channels.
• Be comfortable using new systems and tools, including annotating PDFs, Pages, and Numbers.
• Attend at least one launch workshop in London or remotely each year.
• Collaborate with editors and Language Leads to maintain quality.
