Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Unity VR Engineer based in Spain to lead the client-side Unity VR architecture for immersive training simulations. You will design reusable components and collaborate with backend teams to ensure accurate, server-driven behavior across devices.

You will work on Android VR experiences, optimize performance, and contribute to AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering efficiency and product quality in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Unity/C# experience.
• Experience designing large Unity projects with reusable components.
• Recent Android VR development experience (Meta Quest preferred).
• Proven ability to build generic, reusable client-side infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Unity VR client components for multiple simulations.
• Implement client-server integration reflecting server state on devices.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design APIs and data contracts.
• Develop scalable frameworks and architectural patterns for the training platform.
• Create and maintain tools to support content creators and developers.
