Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced transaction services and financial due diligence professionals to train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We are looking for TS/FDD managers with 4+ years at a top advisory firm to craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows—with expert-level PowerPoint and impeccable written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4).
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production.
• Excellent PowerPoint craftsmanship and strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to refine AI-generated presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Produce QoE exhibits, databook slides, diligence findings decks, and working capital pages.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation quality.
