Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of transaction services to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. This role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks for key workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in transaction services at a top advisory firm, with deep QoE exhibit expertise and expert PowerPoint skills. Remote, flexible hours, and ASAP start offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4).
• Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Produce QoE exhibits, databook slides, diligence decks, working capital pages, and red-flag reports.
• Ensure high-quality PowerPoint outputs and clear written communication.
