Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Trial Delivery Leader to oversee clinical trial delivery and cross-functional coordination across regions. The role focuses on building and delivering the trial operational plan, mitigating risks and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within regulatory frameworks.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and clinical research operations across Phases I–IV.
• 2–3 years of leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and financial management skills.
• Able to travel 15–20% of the time.

• Lead Cross Functional Trial Team to deliver operational plan.
• Manage overall trial delivery, budget, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
