Job summary

ALTEN Delivery Centre Spain is seeking a qualified Backend Developer to join an international team of professionals. You will design and implement device interfaces using RESTful APIs and WebSockets, while ensuring secure and scalable backend services.

The role involves real-time data handling, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and authentication with OAuth2/JWT, with Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines shaping the workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Rust development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience implementing OAuth2/JWT authentication and authorization.
• Ability to optimize backend for real-time data.

Responsibilities

• Implement device interfaces using RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Support device operation, configuration, monitoring, diagnostics and servicing through backend services.
• Implement data access and persistence using SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Implement authentication and authorization, using OAuth2 or JWT.
• Optimize backend performance for real-time data and parallel operation of multiple devices.
• Use Git, Docker and CI/CD pipelines throughout the development and delivery workflow.
• Ensure backend implementation meets project requirements for security and maintainability
