Envision seeks a Remote Control Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. The role requires operating in a 24/7 shift with advanced SCADA-based diagnostics, remote interventions, and incident management to minimize downtime and maximise asset availability.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in BESS/wind energy operations, experience with OEM SCADA platforms, and strong English; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BESS and/or wind energy operations, remote-control centre or senior technician role.
• Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or BESS OEM SCADA software.
• Advanced knowledge of renewables technology, analyzing technical logs, reading electrical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving under pressure, assertive communication, safety-first mindset.
• Professional English; additional languages are a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as escalation point for complex faults, managing real-time wind farm operations.
• Perform deep-dive diagnostics using SCADA and proprietary software.
• Execute advanced remote-control sequences, safety resets and restarts.
• Coordinate alerts and liaise with back offices and on-site technicians.
• Analyze fault patterns, document resolutions, and contribute to LEAN initiatives.
