Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise penetration testing service and portfolio.
• Drive risk-based prioritization of pentesting engagements across domains.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, security teams, and external testing providers.
• Define, review, and challenge testing scopes, methodologies, assumptions, and engagement objectives.
• Ensure testing capabilities are assigned appropriately to each assessment.
• Translate risks into actionable pentest objectives.
• Oversee service quality, delivery, reporting standards and improvements.
• Review testing outcomes and support remediation prioritization.
• Collaborate to enhance offensive security strategies and testing frameworks.
• Drive automation and AI-supported testing initiatives.
