Ethikos 3.0 is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to join its international Enterprise Applications team. You will help ensure Oracle Fusion Cloud operates smoothly during a major implementation and continue to support users post go-live, across Spain and Portugal.

This home-based role allows collaboration with stakeholders across countries, handling incidents, translating business needs into technology, and contributing to ongoing optimization of the Oracle environment.

Formación

• At least 2 years in application support or similar role with end-user interaction.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience across multiple Oracle modules is beneficial.
• Proficient in English and Spanish for international collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, analyze and resolve incidents and requests for enterprise applications.
• Provide functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage escalations and ensure issues are addressed in line with SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
• Translate business requirements into effective Oracle-based solutions.
• Support Oracle implementation and enhancement projects as needed.
• Maintain Oracle Fusion security roles and access controls.
• Create and maintain support documentation for knowledge sharing.
