Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance. We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our global team from Spain, collaborating with engineering, product, and care to deliver at scale.

You will manage insurance and health services processes, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across our network of providers. We value strong organisational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and fluency in English (French helpful).

Formación

• Experience in operations or support roles is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French helpful).

Responsabilidades

• Run and optimise insurance/health services processes.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and follow-up across pools.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate where needed.
• Define and own monitoring schemes to track volumes and SLAs.
• Supervise partnerships and external service providers.
• Perform controls and training needs to improve processes.
