Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Clinical Research Manager (CRM) to oversee ophthalmology trials across multiple countries. This is a full-time, home-based role open to candidates in Poland, Spain, or Italy.

You will coordinate country and site management activities, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. You will work closely with Project Managers, CRAs, sponsors, and investigative sites to ensure studies are delivered on time and to high quality

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for assigned projects.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and support CRAs, ensuring training requirements are met.
• Oversee site quality and monitoring deliverables with study teams.
• Develop and implement study monitoring plans and site training plans.
• Coordinate investigator meetings and country-level reporting.
• Ensure study processes and TMF quality are maintained.
