RIVA Solutions is seeking a Network & Computer Systems Engineer (Firewall Engineer) to install, configure, and maintain enterprise network-security infrastructure. The role emphasizes Palo Alto firewalls, ISE NAC, and endpoint visibility across LAN/WAN and wireless networks.

You will monitor security events with Splunk, support CDM activities, and collaborate with multiple teams to implement changes and ensure secure access and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Four years of network or systems admin experience.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco ISE and NAC.
• Experience with F5 load-balancing.
• Experience with Splunk or SIEM.
• Experience with AirWatch and Intune.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, ACLs, and security principles.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN and enterprise network-security infrastructure.
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls, ISE, and logging.
• Support ISE for NAC, authentication, authorization, and endpoint visibility.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise Wi‑Fi networks and wireless controllers.
• Administer F5 load balancers and application-delivery services.
• Monitor availability, performance, and security events; analyze anomalies.
• Troubleshoot outages, firewall issues, VPNs, and access controls.
• Review logs with Splunk or SIEM; support incident analysis.
• Support CDM activities, vulnerability remediation, and config-compliance.
• Maintain endpoint management with AirWatch and Intune.
• Create and update technical docs and network diagrams.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve incidents and implement changes.
