NTT DATA is seeking anentry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support and resolve incidents for clients. The role emphasizes identifying root causes, ensuring SLAs are met, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computing and entry-level networking certifications, with willingness to work across cultures in a remote setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains support processes and follows procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems.
• Identifies and resolves problems following procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Documents and closes resolved incidents per procedures.
