Synthires is seeking an experienced ML Engineer (MSc or PhD) for a remote, part-time contract (approximately 15 hours per week). You will develop and optimize ML models, training pipelines and inference systems using Python.

This role focuses on reproducible workflows, memory and performance optimization, and collaboration on global projects with flexible scheduling. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Strong ML engineering experience with model development.
• Proven ability to build and validate ML workflows.
