Hungry Minds is seeking a Freelance Marketing Project Manager for the Spanish market. This fully remote, part-time role works directly with the Country Manager to grow Spain by managing creator partnerships, Spanish-language content, and coordination with a local ad agency.

You will source Spanish creators, brief and track deliverables, localise content for a Spanish audience, and report weekly on spend and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing or influencer work
• Native Spanish copywriting and localisation (not translation)
• Influencer sourcing, negotiation and relationship management
• UGC production coordination
• Agency briefing and management
• Comfortable with ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics
• Autonomous and resourceful; able to work from a short brief
• Native Spanish and fluent English; French is a plus

About the position

Freelance, fully remote, part-time Marketing Project Manager for the Spanish market, working directly with the Country Manager. Spain is one of our strongest markets, and we want to grow it. The role owns creator partnerships and Spanish-language content for The Book: sourcing creators, coordinating UGC and native creative, and running the relationship with a Spanish ad agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the guardian of our Spanish brand voice across every touchpoint, ensuring consistency in all creative assets.
• Source and manage Spanish creators (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok): negotiate deals, brief them, track deliverables.
• Coordinate the creation of UGC and Spanish social media assets for paid and organic campaigns.
• Find and manage the relationship with a Spanish ad agency (briefing, deadlines, feedback).
• Coordinate paid campaigns with the media team and optimise based on performance.
• Localise content so it lands naturally with a Spanish audience.
• Report weekly on spend and performance.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2+ years in digital marketing or influencer work

Industry / Background Preferences:

Digital marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or DTC. Publishing or premium consumer products a plus.
