NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst - Magento to join the DES Commerce Cluster. The role supports delivery, enhancement, and optimization of global eCommerce platforms while working remotely for an international company.

The candidate will translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and backlogs, collaborate across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Operations, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical solutions. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in eCommerce environments and digital commerce platforms.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, process modeling, backlog management, and delivery support.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma is desirable.
• Understanding of Magento/Adobe Commerce architecture and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eCommerce initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical solutions.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and supporting artifacts.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between requirements and deliveries.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and architects on solution design.
• Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews from a business perspective.
• Support integration initiatives involving Adobe Commerce (Magento), APIs, and front-end capabilities.
• Manage backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery documentation.
• Prepare acceptance criteria and test scenarios; contribute to QA and UAT.
