AvantStay, a luxury hospitality-focused short-term rental brand, seeks a Creative Director to own visual and narrative identity, defining how every property, channel, and campaign shows up in the world.

You will lead a globally distributed team of designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and content producers, deploying AI-enabled tools to scale output while preserving craft.

Formación

• 7+ years in creative leadership in luxury hospitality or travel.
• Portfolio of campaigns and brand systems you shaped.
• Strong fluency in social media as a brand channel.
• Experience managing a globally distributed workforce across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Define brand identity and narrative across properties and campaigns.
• Drive social-first content on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create photography, listing copy, and merchandising assets for OTAs and direct site.
• Lead seasonal campaigns from concept to delivery across paid, owned, earned, and on-property.
• Lead a distributed creative team across countries.
• Implement AI-enabled creative operations and establish playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
