Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an IAM Analyst (AI Training) to analyze enterprise identity scenarios for AI training. You will identify weaknesses in IAM, SSO, and access controls, classify privilege escalation risks, and evaluate zero-trust designs.

You’ll generate realistic identity data and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning about security. The role is remote, freelance hourly and offers flexible scheduling across regions, with potential for ongoing engagements as AI training programs

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes.
Familiar with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit them.
Able to articulate complex security concepts clearly in writing.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and exploitable paths.
Classify permission issues, privilege escalation vectors, and identity-related failures with precision.
Evaluate zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and risk.
Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and benchmark AI systems.
Provide structured expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security.
