Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German language skills for a Spain-based, hybrid role. The candidate will support AMNOG dossiers, perform statistical analyses, and contribute to market access activities, leveraging SAS and R in a biostatistics context.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, workflow automation, and collaboration with HEOR and EU-HTA teams, requiring fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or in clinical development.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
