JobServe Ltd is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer for a 12-month remote contract across Europe. You will design, develop and optimise scalable web applications, working across Front End and Back End technologies.

You will own product features, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure secure, reliable solutions aligned with business needs. Strong focus on API design, testing and CI/CD practices.

Qualificações

• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with React.js experience.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch).
• Understanding web performance, security, CORS, XSS, CSRF, WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js, alongside React and TypeScript.

• Support containerisation, deployment and continuous integration processes.

Full Stack Engineer - Java/Node.js & React

Rate: €250-€300 per day

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer for an exciting 12-month remote contract with an established international organisation. You will contribute to the design, development and optimisation of scalable web applications, working across both Front End and Back End technologies.

You will take ownership of product features, collaborate with technical teams across the development life cycle, and ensure solutions are secure, reliable and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js, alongside React and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs within microservices-based architectures.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases to support application functionality and performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong programming experience with Java and Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and React.js.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, microservices and API gateway integrations.
• Practical experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or Elasticsearch.
• Understanding of web performance optimisation, browser security, CORS, XSS, CSRF and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins or Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed technical teams.

Desirable Experience

• Developing administrative consoles or data-intensive dashboard interfaces.
• Exposure to Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM) or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms.
• Experience working with complex microservices environments.
