Mercanis is hiring a Frontend Engineer to build beautiful, intuitive experiences for our B2B platform. Work in a cross-functional team with a modern stack (SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite) in a monorepo. Remote worldwide with EU time-zone preference; Berlin office hybrid option.

You will implement features, improve architecture, review code, mentor juniors, and contribute to the full development lifecycle while staying curious and focused on performance and accessibility.

Formación

• 3+ years of frontend or full-stack experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern web development principles.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Svelte/SvelteKit.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest or similar.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Implement key product features with Product and Design.
• Maintain and improve frontend architecture, modular and scalable.
• Participate in code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share frontend knowledge.
• Support hiring processes and technical assessments.
• Engage across the full development lifecycle from exploration to deployment.
• Explore new tools to improve performance, accessibility, and DX.
