Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking a Payments Risk Analyst to protect our financial flows and optimize payment health in real time. You’ll own end-to-end risk decisions across deposits, withdrawals, and transaction monitoring, reducing fraud exposure and operational friction.

You will work in a fast-paced FinTech/iGaming environment, handle multiple urgent cases, and collaborate with Finance, Support, Tech and Fraud teams. Night shifts are required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in payment operations, transaction monitoring, or fraud prevention.
• Knowledge of deposit/withdrawal flows and chargeback exposure.
• Experience with alert-based risk consoles or back-office payment systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize high-value alerts.
• Strong cross-team communication and English proficiency.
• Willingness to work rotating night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deposits, withdrawals, and payment histories to spot anomalies.
• Review high-risk transactions in real time and decide to approve/decline.
• Identify fraud indicators and chargeback risks.
• Investigate failed or declined transactions across methods.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation of cases and actions.
• Communicate findings to Finance, Support, Tech, and Fraud teams.
• Escalate complex cases requiring higher authorization.
