Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced E-commerce Digital Designer to join an international team. You will create high-volume digital assets across multiple markets while ensuring brand consistency, with fluent English required.

Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, manage multiple projects, and iterate designs based on performance insights. This role offers flexible policies, remote work options, and strong growth within a global organization.

Formación

• 3+ years in-house Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, platform specs, and best practices.
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and DAM tools.
• Ability to adapt creatives for multiple markets while maintaining brand integrity.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and adapt high-quality digital advertising creatives for multiple channels and international markets.
• Ensure consistency with global brand guidelines while tailoring content to local audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage several concurrent creative projects while maintaining high quality.
• Iterate and optimize creatives based on performance insights, feedback, and A/B testing results.
• Deliver pixel-perfect designs across all digital touchpoints.
• Support continuous improvement of assets using best practices in digital design and user engagement.
• Contribute strategic creative ideas to maximize campaign performance while preserving brand integrity.
