WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join its international team in Greece. The role is remote with rotations, supporting customers via phone, chat, and email for product and service inquiries.

You will receive fully paid training, a nesting period, and an international, multicultural environment. The position offers a salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month paid 14 times a year, plus bonus or additional payments and relocation support.

Formación

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
