Giunti Psychometrics seeks a versatile Digital Product Owner & Tech Product Manager to drive the vision, lifecycle, and delivery of digital applications and technology platforms.

You will bridge market needs, business strategy, user experience, and technical execution, defining roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and leading Agile teams to build scalable, high-impact digital solutions that support our global operations.

Formación

• 5+ years as Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or related role.
• Agile expertise with Scrum/Kanban and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of system architectures, APIs/integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Magento/E-commerce).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and maintain a continuous roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable tech initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, feedback and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Own, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, governance, security, and data protection across initiatives.
