Job summary

Organigrama is seeking a highly motivated remote procurement specialist to lead end-to-end digital procurement initiatives across Spain. The role emphasizes cost optimization, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in procurement, strong analysis skills, and experience with e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Cloud Procurement. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in procurement with a focus on digital tools.
• Experience with e-procurement systems and tendering processes.
• Strong data analysis and proficiency in Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including sourcing and RFQ/RFP.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and conditions to reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain supplier databases and digital catalogs.
• Analyze procurement data to identify savings and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and support digital tools adoption.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
