TeamSystem España in Valladolid is seeking a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve our infrastructure. You will manage IaC, deploy environments, and ensure reliability for thousands of users across Spain.

You’ll work with AWS, Terraform, Puppet/Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and optimize performance. Remote-friendly role, with a focus on scalable, secure infrastructure and proactive improvement.

Formación

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale in a team
• Strong automation and scripting skills
• Hands-on knowledge of deployment pipelines and configuration management

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve the Infrastructure-as-Code repository
• Manage deployments of Ruby on Rails monolith and Node.js microservices
• Migrate legacy components to modern, maintainable solutions
• Support engineering teams with environment provisioning, CI/CD, debugging, and deployments
• Participate in architectural decisions and propose workflow improvements
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure delivery
• (Optional) Work with Ruby for backend tasks or deployment tooling improvements
