UTOPIA is seeking a highly motivated CGI Designer to join our Design team to produce 3D models and visualisations for luxury hospitality projects, mainly on Concept Stage designs.

You will work closely with the Design Director and exterior/interior designers, focusing on efficient modelling and rendering, and presenting ideas to clients.

This fully remote role requires strong English, a portfolio, and a proactive, self-led approach.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Solid CGI exterior design experience (5+ years) with projects completed.
• CGI interior design experience (3+ years) with projects completed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with architecture and design teams to visualise exterior, interior, and architectural projects.
• Develop and present design concepts based on client requirements.
• Create bespoke materials/textures in 3D Max and Corona render according to interior designer selections.
• Model 3D FF&E from exterior/interior designer choices.
• Model bespoke furniture from sketches or references.
• Provide rapid sketch renders for internal review and client presentations.
• Work well in an agile team and use project management tools like Jira.
