TheWhiteam is seeking two Data Engineers with strong dbt and database expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling solutions. The role emphasizes independent work, priority management, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions, with Power BI as a valuable visualization tool.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of Data Engineering experience, engineering degrees, and English proficiency (C1).

Formación

• 5-7 years of Data Engineering experience.
• Proficient with dbt and data pipelines.
• Excellent data modeling and database environment knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Build and manage data transformation and modeling processes using dbt.
• Ensure data reliability, consistency, and quality across databases.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot data issues and pipeline failures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Support data integration activities and ongoing platform operations.
• Contribute to data engineering best practices and standards.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
• Work independently and proactively address data challenges.
