UST España & Latam is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer with Kubernetes and Terraform to join remotely from Spain. You will build and operate scalable deployments on AKS, design Terraform templates, and maintain secure container images.

The role requires strong Linux administration, experience with OIDC-based SSO and secret management, plus familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service and Microsoft Azure. English at C1 level is required, and you will collaborate with security and architecture teams

Formación

• Terraform in production: modules, state, drift detection and IaC practices.
• Kubernetes experience (AKS/EKS): RBAC, network policies, secrets management, cluster troubleshooting.
• Container image development and maintenance.
• Strong Linux administration and network troubleshooting.
• DNS, TLS, proxies, source-control connectivity and remote dev environments.
• OIDC-based SSO, group mapping and identity integrations.
• Security controls documentation and evidence.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Microsoft Azure services.
• English level: C1.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate a highly available Kubernetes deployment on AKS with PostgreSQL and OIDC-based authentication.
• Design and implement production-grade Terraform workspace templates and golden-path developer environments.
• Create and maintain hardened base container images and secure development container patterns.
• Implement and validate security controls including network policies, secrets management, audit logging and SIEM integrations.
• Configure reliable connectivity to source control platforms, package registries, internal APIs and databases.
• Perform load testing, scaling validation, cost optimization and performance benchmarking.
• Evaluate developer experience metrics including cold-start times, responsiveness and access friction.
• Ensure platform portability across cloud providers and avoid cloud-specific lock-in.
• Produce detailed documentation, runbooks, implementation evidence, risk assessments and production readiness recommendations.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, identity integration and developer workspace issues.
