Rho is hiring a Clinical Team Lead for a permanent, remote role with occasional travel to sites and client meetings. You will oversee end-to-end clinical execution on moderate projects, lead CRA/IHCRA teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in clinical research within CRO/pharma, strong GCP knowledge, and proven leadership. You will collaborate with data management, regulatory, and safety teams to drive study success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 5+ years clinical research experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• 2+ years leading clinical teams preferred.
• Strong GCP and regulatory knowledge; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end clinical execution on projects of moderate scope.
• Lead recruitment, study metrics, and documentation with guidance.
• Ensure sites comply with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver study deliverables.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resourcing, and activities for projects.
• Lead CRA and IHCRA training and onboarding.
