AbbVie seeks a Clinical Monitoring professional to oversee site activities, ensure protocol adherence, and manage regulatory compliance across Phase 1–4 trials. Based remotely from Madrid, you will coordinate monitoring visits, data quality, and safety reporting with study teams.

Ideal candidates hold a health-related degree (Master’s in Clinical Trials preferred) and have 1 year of clinically-related experience, including site monitoring exposure. A strong grasp of ICH/GCP is essential.

Formación

• Appropriate tertiary qualification, health related preferred with Clinical Trials Master’s Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinically-related experience; 6 months in independent clinical research monitoring or as a Study Coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of regulations governing clinical research, ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors activities at clinical investigative sites to ensure protocol execution and adherence to GCP and SOPs.
• Conducts site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring and closeout visits for Phase 1-4 studies.
• Oversees site personnel activities without direct authority and ensures action plans for compliance.
• Ensures timely data submission and reporting of safety events by site personnel.
• Ensures safety and protection of study subjects through monitoring plans and regulatory compliance.
• Trains study site personnel on protocols and regulatory requirements.
