Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote position. The CMA will support the Centralized Monitoring Lead, program QTL/KRI and data quality assessments, and refresh the CM platform per CMP, while ensuring documentation in eTMF and alignment with study protocols.

The role requires SAS programming expertise, experience with Cluepoints, and ability to interact with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical R&D or centralized Monitoring, data management, and/or biostatistics.
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience with Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute CM activities.
• Understanding of study protocols, data sources, and data transfer specifications.
• Experience with relational databases, Clinical Data Management and EDC Systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing the CM strategy by identifying CM elements for the study (QTL, KRI, data visualizations, DQA).
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments according to the CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at predefined frequency to identify signals.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications document and file in eTMF.
• Review and understanding of the protocol is key.
• Understand data sources, transfer specs and data structure.
• Peer-review CM platform setup conducted by other CMA colleagues.
