Syneos Health, Inc. in Barcelona is seeking a CRA II dedicated to sponsor studies with immunology experience. You will perform site qualification, initiation and monitoring visits, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.

As part of the Clinical Solutions team, you will protect patient safety, verify data quality, and coordinate with site staff across multiple sites. Travel up to 75% may be required, with onsite responsibilities in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF and TMF; ensures accurate data entry into CRFs and resolves data queries.
• Supports site recruitment, retention and liaises with sponsor/site staff to meet milestones.
• Ensures IP handling and labeling per protocol; maintains study documentation.
