Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) to work remotely with teams across multiple locations, including Madrid. The CMA will manage setup, programming, and refreshes of the Centralized Monitoring platform according to the study CMP and will interact directly with clients to deliver CM insights.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma R&D, SAS programming (including macro language), and strong communication and organisation skills. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharma R&D or related field, preferably centralized monitoring
• Experience with Cluepoints platform and data management concepts
• Knowledge of federal regulations, GCP, and data management practices
• Excellent verbal and written English communication

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing CM strategy and implementing CM elements for the study
• Set up and program QTL, KRI, and data quality assessments per CMP
• Refresh CM platform at defined frequencies to enable signal detection
• Document CM platform specifications and file in eTMF
• Review study protocol and understand data sources and transfer specs
• Perform peer-review of CM platform setup and collaborate with CM peers
