Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) to work remotely. The CMA role collaborates with the Centralized Monitoring Lead to manage the CM platform setup, programming and refreshes in line with the CMP.

You will have 3+ years in pharma R&D, SAS experience with macros, and knowledge of Cluepoints, data management and CDM/EDC systems, plus excellent English and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical R&D or central monitoring, data management, or biostatistics.
• 2–3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience with Cluepoints.
• Able to work autonomously and engage stakeholders for CM activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably CDM and EDC systems.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per CMP.
• Refresh Centralized Monitoring Platform at defined frequency.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications document in eTMF.
• Review and understand study protocol.
• Understand data sources, transfer specs and data structure.
• Execute and document peer-review of CM platform setups.
