Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) to work remotely across multiple geographies. The role focuses on setting up and refreshing the Centralised Monitoring platform, performing CM programming and data quality assessments, and ensuring alignment with the CMP and study protocol.

The candidate will contribute to QTL/KRI design, data visualisations, and CM documentation while collaborating with global stakeholders and maintaining high data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in pharmaceutical R&D or related field (centralised monitoring, data management or biostatistics).
• 2–3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience with Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute study-level CM processes.
• Understand basic statistical analysis concepts and interpret outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and information.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative, drive and commitment.
• Experience in Data Management related field.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Clinical Data Management and EDC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralised Monitoring Lead (CML) in developing CM strategy and identifying CM elements for the study (QTLs, KRIs, data visualisations, and DQA).
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and DQA per study CMP.
• Refresh CM platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications document and file in eTMF.
• Review and understanding of protocol is key.
• Understand data sources, transfer specs and data structure for the study.
• Peer-review CM platform setup done by CMA colleagues.
