Hire Feed is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Remote) to develop and maintain dashboards, analyze operational data, and generate actionable reports for leadership. The role involves collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, while monitoring the performance of business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
