Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Business Architect / Business Capability Manager ( freelance ) to shape and manage the business capability landscape for a large enterprise programme. You will define and structure business capabilities, build governance, and link business strategy to operating model, processes and technology.

This is a business architecture role rather than a technical EA position. You will work in a remote European setting with 100% remote availability and engage with senior

Qualifications

Proven hands-on business capability modelling experience in large organisations.
Ability to define and maintain multi-level capability hierarchies and governance.
Experience with LeanIX (strongly preferred) and Signavio is a plus.
Translate business strategy into operating model, processes and tech implications.
Capable of senior-level stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

Define and structure business capabilities to support an enterprise programme.
Build and govern capability hierarchies linking strategy, operating model and technology.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align capabilities with processes and systems.
Lead workshops and workshops with senior leadership to drive governance.
