Ethos is seeking experienced behavioural insights researchers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining outputs across moderated usability tests, interviews, surveys, and journey maps.

You’ll own the full study lifecycle, applying thematic coding, statistics, and precise writing to deliver actionable product insights. Remote, flexible scheduling available, ASAP start.

Formación

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead moderated usability test findings decks and customer interview syntheses.
• Design surveys and write analysis writeups; develop discussion guides and screener criteria for research studies.
• Tag research in repositories and translate findings into product recommendations.
