German and English fluency are mandatory, with a strong background in ramp-up and OEM development processes. The ideal candidate will manage production planning, handle risks, and report to stakeholders in a dynamic, international setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with OEM development processes, methods, and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with specialist groups across domains to ensure seamless execution.
