Deel is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design and maintain data models and end-to-end pipelines. You will ensure reliable metrics and collaborate with analytics teams to promote consistent definitions across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in data analytics engineering or BI development, strong SQL with dbt, and hands-on BI tool experience (Looker/Tableau). Remote work is available with optional WeWork access.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics engineering or BI development.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience with data warehousing concepts.

• Ensure data quality checks and reliable datasets for analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure consistent metrics and definitions.
