Cronoshare.Com is seeking an experienced Air and Sea Freight Logistics Specialist to join our client’s team remotely. You will manage international shipments, ensure compliance, and coordinate documentation across continents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air and sea freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Experience with preparing shipping documentation and handling customs clearance.
• Knowledge of global trade lanes and carrier operations.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international air and sea freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other partners to ensure smooth transit.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients on their status.
• Identify and resolve any logistical challenges or customs-related issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export requirements.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to optimize costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas agents.
• Analyze shipping data to identify opportunities for service improvement and cost reduction.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Stay abreast of changes in international trade policies and shipping industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.
